 a) Surya Namaskar:

A sequence of yoga poses known as Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation.

  •  Lie on your stomach hair
  •  Raise your head and upper body
  •  Pull your stomach well

This will give a good exercise to your stomach muscles.

 b) Variations of Parvatasana:

Person sitting in a cross-legged position with arms raised and palms interlocked above the head, performing Parvatasana or Mountain Pose.

  •  Stand straight
  •  Now bend sideways
  •  Then bend forward
  •  Bend backwards
  •  Twist your body
  •  Stretch upwards

All these movements will exercise every part of your stomach. 

 c) Konasana:

  •  Stand with your legs spread
  •  Bend down
  •  Twist your body while looking upwards

This stretches your abdominal muscles and burns fat.

 d) Pavanmuktasana:

  •  Lie down on your stomach
  •  Lift one leg up and touch it to your stomach
  •  Then lift both legs together

This exercise directly works on your stomach.

 e) Hasta Padangushtasana:

  •  Stand straight
  •  Raise one foot up and hold its finger in your   hand
  •  Then raise the same foot to the side and   hold it

This also exercises the side muscles of your stomach.
