Habit evaluation: I have been consistent with my jogging routine, but controlling sugary snacks has been difficult, especially in the evening.

Improvement:

New goal: I have set a new goal to lose 3 kilograms in the remaining months, in which I have given some flexibility in the diet, but I have kept the jogging routine intact.

 New Action Plan:

Do jogging for 30 minutes daily, for five days.

Focus on reducing sugar-based snacks, especially in the evening, and replace them with healthier alternatives like fruits or dried fruits.

Keep your motivation up: I will remind you of the progress I've made in the past and the benefits I'll get by following the new plan, such as better energy and health.

Responsibility: I will share my new goal with a friend or family member and ask them to follow up regularly for support and motivation.
