 a) Paste of turmeric, gram, lemon and sandalwood:

A homemade paste mixture of turmeric, gram flour, lemon juice, and sandalwood, known for reducing facial hair growth

This is a real desi recipe!  For this you need:

  • 3 spoons of groundnut
  • 2 spoons of turmeric
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 2 pinches of sandalwood powder

Mix all of them in a bowl and make a smooth paste.  Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes.  Then wash it with cold water.  You have to do this process daily for one month.  This will not only make your hair thinner, but will also improve your skin tone!

 b) Sugar Wax:

A jar of homemade sugar wax.

This is another amazing trick!  For this you need just two things:

  • 1 spoon sugar (it is better if the sugar seeds are small)
  • Juice of half lemon

Mix both of these and make a thick paste.  Apply this paste on your face and massage it gently with your hands.  This will remove your dead skin cells and keep your face hair-free for 6 weeks!

c) Magic of Honey and Lemon:

This is another simple but effective remedy.  You need:

  • 1 spoon honey
  • Half spoon lemon juice

Mix both of these well and apply on your face and leave it for 20 minutes.  Then soak a small towel in hot water, take it out and clean your face with it.  In the end, wash your face with cold water.  You can do this process 3 times a week.

Changes in eating and drinking (Food Management)

Now let's talk about eating and drinking.  Because whatever we eat, its direct effect falls on our hormones.  So there are some foods that can help in balancing your hormones:

a) Soya and its products:

Soya contains phytoestrogen which balances your estrogen levels.  You can eat tofu, soy milk, or soy chunks.

 b) Seeds and Dry Fruits:

Til (sesame seeds), surajmukhi ke beej (sunflower seeds), alsi (flax seeds), and dry fruits are also very beneficial.

c) Garlic:

Yes, it may be a little smelly, but it is very effective!

d) Peaches:

Sweet and healthy too!

e) Oats, Barley, and Pulses:

All of these also help in increasing estrogen. 

f) Leafy vegetables: 

Vegetables like cabbage, cabbage and broccoli are also very beneficial.

 4. Exercise and Yoga

Now let's talk about exercise.  There are some yoga asanas that can help in balancing your hormones:

  1. Bhadrasana

  4. Virasana
  5. Mandukasana

Doing these asanas increases blood flow in your pelvic area, which is very good for the reproductive system  yes.  And yes, daily walk is also very important!
