Homemade Hair Packs:

Homemade hair packs are very effective.  These are natural, chemical-free, and nourish your hair from the inside.  Let's know about two very simple hair packs:

a) Avocado and Banana Pack:


This pack will moisturize your hair and nourish it.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size ripe avocado
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to make:

  • Mash avocado and banana well
  • Add olive oil to it
  • Apply this paste on your hair and scalp
  • 30-  Leave it for 40 minutes
  • Then wash with lukewarm water and lightly shampoo

b) Amla, Shikakai and Coconut Oil Pack:


This pack prevents hair fall and makes the hair thick.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 spoon amla powder
  • 1 spoon shikakai powder
  • 2 spoons of coconut oil

How to make:

  • Mix all the three ingredients in a pan and heat on medium flame
  • When it boils, strain it and put it in a bowl
  • Let it cool down  Wait till it becomes lukewarm
  • Now massage this oil on your scalp
  • Leave it for 1 hour or overnight
  • Wash with lukewarm water in the morning

Bhringraj oil for hair  There are a lot of benefits to this.  

Benifits of This oil

  • Improves blood flow
  • Activates hair follicles
  • Provides vitamins and minerals to hair
  • Prevents split ends and hair breakage
  • Reduces stress

How to bhringraj oil use:

  • Warm the oil a little
  • Massage the scalp for 15 minutes
  • Leave it for 30 minutes or the whole night
  • Wash with a mild shampoo

Juice for hair growth:


Whatever we eat, its effect falls on our whole body, even on the hair.  So, a special juice recipe that will make your hair healthy from the inside:

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size boiled beetroot, chopped
  • 1 small carrot, chopped
  • 2 small apples, chopped
  • 1 small radish, chopped
  • 1 small  piece of ginger

How to make:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well
  • Drink this juice twice a week

This juice will provide all the essential nutrients to your hair.  But remember, just drinking juice will not help.  

Include all these in your daily diet:

  • Protein-rich cheeses (like lentils, eggs, and fish)
  • Iron-rich cheeses (like spinach, and other green vegetables)
  • Vitamin C rich cheeses (like kiwi, oranges)
  • Omega-3 fatty  acids (like walnuts, and flax seeds)
  • Biotin (like almonds, peanuts)
  • Vitamin A and E (like carrots, and avocado)

Yoga for Healthy Hair:

Yes, yoga can also make your hair healthy!  There are some specific asanas which are very beneficial for children:

a) Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose):

Keep your hands and feet on the ground and make your body in a 'V' shape
This increases blood flow in the head  

b) Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend):

Stand straight, bend forward slowly, and try to touch the feet or ground with your hands - This pose also increases blood flow to the head 

c) Sasangasana (Rabbit Pose):

Sit on your knees, keep your head on the ground, and press your feet with your hands  Pakdein.
This pose stimulates the scalp

d) Sirsasana (Headstand):

This is a bit difficult pose, so do it for the first time with the help of an expert.
This causes a lot of blood flow in the head, which is very good for hair.

e) Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand): 

Lie down, then raise your legs and stand with your shoulders on your shoulders 
This pose also increases blood flow in the head By doing all these asanas regularly.

  • Hair will not turn white quickly  
  • Hair fall will decrease
  • New hair will grow
  • Quality of hair will improve

But remember  Keep it, start these asanas slowly.  If you have any health problem, first consult a doctor.

Stress Management:

Stress is the biggest enemy. Therefore, it is very important to manage stress:

  • Do meditation
  • Do deep breathing exercises
  • Do exercise
  • Spend time on your hobbies
  • Spend quality time with family and friends

Remember, do any work with or without stress what can be done. Learn to work without stress.

Some extra tips for take care of your hair at home:

  • Brush your hair gently before sleeping at night. This increases the blood circulation in the scalp. 
  • Always dry your hair gently with a towel, do not rub it forcefully.
  • Do not wash with hot water, use cold or lukewarm water.
  • Whenever you go out, protect your hair from pollution by wearing a scarf or a hat.
  • Do deep conditioning once a week.
  • Do not use excessive heat styling tools (like straightener, curler) on your hair.
