a) Turmeric:

Turmeric is a wonder spice.  By using this you can heal your liver.  You can take it in two ways:

  1. Drink milk with turmeric at night
  2. Eat a little honey with turmeric in the morning

b) Amazing benefits of Milk Thistle:

This is one such herb which is very beneficial in liver problems.  It contains a compound called silymarin which is anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory.  This plant is not found in abundance in India, but you can take its capsules.  Take 200mg capsule daily for one month.

 c) Garlic will be beneficial:

Garlic activates liver enzymes and helps in flushing out toxins.  You can:

  • Eat two garlic cloves before going to sleep at night
  • You can use garlic in your food

  3. Dhanurvakrasana
  4. Paschimottanasana
  5. Surya Namaskar
  6. Pranayam (especially diaphragmatic breathing)

Make sure to do diaphragmatic breathing 2-3 times a day.  This will provide good oxygen to your entire body.
