The secret of waking up early in the morning

for waking up early, including consistent bedtime, motivating and generating curiosity

First of all, it is important to understand what is special about waking up early in the morning. Dr. Hansaji says that the time 1.5 hours before sunrise is very powerful. This time, which usually occurs between 4 AM to 5:30 AM, is called "Brahma Muhurta". Brahma means creator and muhurta means time. So this is basically creator's time! At this time, whatever you want to create, you can do it easily. Be it new knowledge, some skill, or improving your health - this time is perfect for everything!

Specialty of Brahma Muhurta

Now you must be thinking, "Friend, what will we get by waking up so early in the morning?" So listen, at this time the entire universe acts like a womb. Meaning, the whole environment is filled with a special cosmic energy. According to Ayurveda, if you are awake at this time, then this energy gets absorbed in your body very easily. Your Sahasrara Chakra (which is located above your head) naturally opens in the morning, and it becomes the gateway to cosmic energy!

At this time your subconscious mind is also very receptive. So think, on one hand the whole universe is loaded with energy, and on the other hand your mind is absolutely ready - what can be a better combination than this?

Easy Techniques to Wake Up Early in the Morning

Now let's come to some easy techniques, which will help you to wake up early in the morning and take advantage of this magical time:

a) Shuddhi Kriya:

  • Mix some salt with hot water , clean your nose with it. This is called Jal Neti.
  • Take water in one hand, suck it inside the nose and then take it out through the mouth.
  • Do it from both sides.
  • After that, do Kapalbhati - in which you will rapidly move your breath in and out, like "phoo-phoo-phoo".

Repeat 30 times. This will clear your sinuses and the channels inside your nose.

 b) Anulom Vilom:

  • Take your breath in completely.
  • Hold your breath inside and let out the sound "Ommm".
  • Repeat this 11 times.

Challenges and their Solutions

Yes, I know it will be difficult in the beginning.  But don't worry, there is a solution to every problem:

If you can't sleep at night:

Stay away from phone or TV at night.  Try to sleep at a fixed time.

If you have problem getting up in the morning:

Keep the alarm away from the bed.  Or else ask a friend to call and pick me up.

If you don't get motivation:

remember your goals.  Maintain a diary in which you can write about your progress.

Feeling lack of energy:

Drink water, do some exercise, or eat fruit.

Start slowly

Remember, no habit is formed in a day.  Start slowly:

  • In the first week, try to get up just 15-20 minutes earlier than your normal time.
  • Next week 30 minutes earlier.
  • By doing this, you will reach 5 o'clock in 2-3 weeks.

Consistency Is Key

The most important thing is to be consistent!  Follow your routine even on weekends.  If you miss a day, don't feel guilty, start again the next day.

Celebrate Your Wins

Celebrate every small achievement.  Did you get up quickly for 3 days continuously?  Treat yourself to your favorite breakfast!  Has it been a week?  Tell your friends and make them feel proud!

Long-Term Benefits

Remember, this is not just a habit, it is a lifestyle change.  With time you will see that:

  • Your confidence will increase
  • You will feel more organized
  • Your creativity will improve
  • You will feel stronger mentally and physically

Conclusion

Friends, Dr.  Hansaji Yogendra ji told us how special the morning time is.  Brahma Muhurta is that magical time when the entire universe is ready to help you.  You just have to rise and reap the benefits of this energy.
