First understand why it is important to keep your stomach clean.

Have you ever thought that some parts of the food you ate a year ago could still be in your stomach? Yes, this is true! Due to wrong eating habits and lifestyle, food gets accumulated in our stomach. This accumulated food becomes poison and can cause many health problems.

Such as:

  • Skin problems
  • Cancer
  • Food not digesting properly
  • Stomach problems

Therefore, it is very important to keep your stomach clean. Now I will tell you some easy ways by which you can keep your stomach clean.

2.Shankh Prakshalana - super technique to clean the stomach!

This is a very powerful yoga technique which cleans your entire stomach from inside.

How to do Shankh Prakshalana?

I will explain it step by step:

Step 1: In the morning on an empty stomach, prepare 10 glasses of hot water. Put a little salt in it, as much as is there in your tears.

Step 2: Take 2-3 long breaths, then drink 3 glasses of water.

Step 3: Now do some yoga poses so that the water can move well in the stomach.

I will tell you 6 easy poses:

a) Tadasana: Stand straight, raise your arms, take your breath in, stand on your fingertips, then come back to normal position. Do it 6 times.

 b) Tiryaka Tadasana: Raise your hands and bend to the side. Do it 6 times on both sides.

 c) Kati Chakrasana: Stand and twist as much as you can see behind. Do it 6 times.

 d) Tiryaka Bhujangasana: Lie on your stomach, raise your head, look one way and then the other way. Do it 6 times.

 e) Udarakarshanasana: Sit in Vajrasana, raise one knee, press it with the other. keep alternating.

Step 4: When you feel like having to potty, go to the bathroom immediately.

Step 5: Drink water again and do exercises. Do this until the water starts coming out completely clear.

Remember This Things:

  • Do this for one or two days because you will get tired
  • Eat only fruits, boiled veggies, lemon juice or tea for 2 days
  • Take more rest, lie down in shavasana or makarasana
  • Do this once every month or once in 3-4 months Do it often
  • If you have severe acidity or heart problem then don't do it

3. Eat fiber rich food

fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains for a fiber-rich diet

Fibre works like a laxative for your stomach! This cleans up all the dirt. This does not cause constipation and also reduces the risk of colon cancer.

Curd contains lactobacillus which keeps your stomach healthy. This prevents gas, indigestion and other stomach problems. Make sure to eat some curd every day.

This yoga pose cleans your stomach by pressing it from inside.

There are 3 variations:

  1. Place your hand on the navel, take your breath in, bend forward and try to put your head on the ground
  2. Place your hand in such a way that your fingers touch, then bend forward
  3. Close your fist and press below the navel, then Jump
