Stay in an air conditioned place: 

Wherever possible, try to stay in cool places. If there is AC in the house or car, then definitely use it.

Rest: 

Battling the heat is tiring. Whenever you get a chance, rest and relax your body. It is very important to avoid fatigue.

Be patient: 

Some people are so afraid of summer that they think the heat will harm them. But it is not so. Be patient and stay calm. Try to take deep breaths to make yourself feel better.

Get used to the heat gradually:

People who are afraid of the heat should get used to it gradually. Initially face the heat for a short time and then increase it. This will gradually reduce the fear of heat.
